Livingston FC Burns Nights have always proved to be very popular and this year proves no different.

Your Guest speakers for the evening are:

George McNeill

George McNeill started his sporting career as a professional footballer before concentrating on professional athletics. He set a new professional world record for 120 yards and became world professional sprint champion in 1972. He went on to be a sprint and fitness coach at Hearts before assisting Jim Leishman, Raymond Stewart and Davie Hay at Livingston helping to take them from the 3rd Division into the Premiership before winning the CIS Cup and into Europe.> George is now a very accomplished after dinner speaker.

Jim Leishman
Ex footballer, ex-manager and excellent raconteur, Jim Leishman is one of the most popular speakers on the after dinner speaking circuit in Scotland, His reputation as poet (Fife’s Poet Laureate), wit and raconteur has kept him busy throughout the year not just in the football season. He is happy to host an evening or guest as the main speaker and he blends great sports stories with hilarious jokes and poems.
