Livingston triumphed for the second time in round 2 of their top-of-the-table double-header with championship rivals East Stirlingshire at Almondvale to move 7 points clear with a game still in hand.
Livi took the lead 11 minutes before the break when Andrew Halliday met Man of the Match Jonathan Brown's cross to head home from close range.
Robbie Winters then doubled Livi's advantage seven minutes after the break with a fine strike from the edge of the box.
Shire were denied a late consolation when Stephen Maguire was denied by stopper Roddy McKenzie.
