Livingston gave themselves an 11 point cushion at the top of Division 3 despite struggling to a goal-less draw at a cold Galabank.
In a dull first half, the hosts had the only real serious attempt on goal when Peter Watson headed over. Livi were limited to taking pot shots from distance without any success.
Into the 2nd half Jack Steele was unlucky not to put Annan one up as his header found the crossbar from a free-kick. Livi's only real threat of a truly forgettable second half was a Liam Fox effort from midway inside the box which Summersgill did well to block.
But it was the visitors' stopper Roddy McKenzie who saved Livi a point by saving well from Phil Storey as full time approached.
