Queen's Park 0 - 1 Livingston

Livi moved within touching distance of the Third Division title with a hard won victory over a stubborn Queen's Park side at the National Stadium.

The home side had most of the chances in the first half through Quinn, Capuano, Murray and McBride, but fortunately for the visitors none were able to convert these into goals.

However an inspired change after the interval saw Raffa De Vita replace Jim Hamilton, and the Italian striker duly gave Livi the lead on 80 minutes, hammering home a Liam Fox cross spilled by Queens’ stopper McGeown.

Andy Halliday almost made it 2-0 in injury time, but was denied by the woodwork.

The result leaves Livi a mere 6 points away from being crowned champions for the first time since 1996.
