Livingston FC's Braidwood Motor Company Stadium has been selected to host this season's Ramsdens Cup final between Falkirk and Hamilton Academical.
The final will go ahead at the 10,000 capacity stadium on Sunday, April 1 and it will be the first time that the showpiece match will have been staged in Livingston.
Club chief executive Ged Nixon expressed his delight at the news, which was received today from the Scottish Football League.
He said: "It's a great privilege for our club to be entrusted with hosting such a high profile game - one that I am sure supporters of both Falkirk and Hamilton are already looking forward to.
"We had high hopes of contesting the final ourselves up until recently - and it was disappointing not to get there - but today's news is probably the next best thing.
"Financially it's good news, but we're also delighted to have been given an opportunity to host another big occasion in the Scottish football calendar having worked closely with the Scottish Amateur FA to stage their national finals and representative matches over the past couple of seasons.
"Everyone here is looking forward to facilitating a day to remember for the Scottish Football League, the sponsors Ramsdens and both participating clubs."
Ticketing and other arrangements for the match will be announced in due course.
