Mark Fotheringham and Maurice Ross have both left the club following the expiry of their short-term contracts over the weekend.
The duo joined us in October as free agents, playing purely for expenses and any results based team bonuses.
During their time at the Braidwood Motor Company Stadium both players featured regularly for the first team, although Maurice found his appearances curtailed slightly by injury.
Chief executive Ged Nixon acknowledged the efforts of both players as they moved on to pastures new.
He said: "It's testament Mark and Maurice's enthusiasm for the game that they were prepared to come and play for Livingston for virtually nothing, and I'd like to thank both for their contribution over the last three months.
"Having two extra experienced professionals around the club has been a positive for us and I'd like to wish them both all the very best for the future."
Fotheringham has been on trial with Wolverhampton Wanderers recently and looks likely to continue his career south of the border, while Ross will be returning to Norway to consider his options.
