YOUR CLUB NEEDS YOU!

Our approach to season tickets in 2012-13 balances the need for the club to pay its way, whilst making live football as affordable as we can.

We’d love to be able to pay for a huge advertising campaign across West Lothian to get the word out, but sadly that’s beyond anything a First Division club can afford. That needn’t be a problem, though – we have an army of supporters who can help us out.

That’s where you come in! The tickets will get cheaper and cheaper if we get more and more fans to commit to paying deposits – and so here is how you can help make YOUR OWN season ticket cheaper:

  • IT’S GOOD TO TALK! Talk to your mates. Your family. Anyone who might be interested or has come to Livi in the past. Encourage them to take the plunge! Make it an afternoon for you and your mates to get together or a family day out. Even speak to your neighbours. You can help get the message across by taking some leaflets from reception and handing them out to these people you know that you reckon might be interested.
  • SHARE IT, RETWEET IT, LIKE IT! Social networking offers us the best way to get our message out – huge companies use their Facebook and Twitter to sell products, and so can we! Facebook tells us we can reach over 340,000 people on our own Livi timeline – simply by getting every one of our Facebook fans to share our posts on their own wall! That’s a MAMMOTH amount of people – and we need only 700 of those people to pay deposits to start dropping the price. So when we ask you to share a post on Facebook, or retweet on Twitter, do it! It might make your ticket cheaper!
  • DON’T DELAY! We know we’ve set a deadline of 30 June to tally up the number of deposits, but don’t wait until then if you can help it! This is ALL ABOUT MOMENTUM. If everyone waits until 29 June to pay up, we’ll not know if we’re going to cut the price or not. The sooner you and your mates, family and friends commit to buying a ticket, the quicker we start reaching targets and can post updates confirming the price falling. When that starts happening, more and more people are likely to get involved as they see the price reduce – and that means only one thing: THE PRICE FALLS EVEN FURTHER FOR EVERYONE! So, while we understand money is tight, do it as soon as possible and you might be paying even less to make up the full price!

Together, we as a club and you, our fantastic supporters, can make this a season ticket deal to remember. We’ve got every faith in you, and with the management and players working incredibly hard to deliver a team to remember next season we’re confident we can boost our home support even further!
