Airdrie
0 - 2
Livingston
(HT 0 - 1)
Barr (26)
Garcia Tenna (80)

Livingston got one hand on a third place finish after sealing a comfortable win over basement boys Airdrie United.

Goals from defensive duo Craig Barr and Jesus Garcia Tena sealed Livi's victory and stay ahead of chasing Hamilton and Falkirk.

Barr headed home the opener midway through the first half when he connected with a Jordan Morton corner.

Iain Russell missed the chance to double Livi's lead from the penalty spot with Kenny Arthur pulling off a save after Kyle Lander had been brought down.

But that stop only delayed the inevitable as Tena fired home a free-kick to hand the Lions all three points.
