Midfielder Danny Denholm has become the latest player to sign up at Almondvale for next season, when he finalised a one-year contract earlier today.
The 22 year old was a regular starter for Forfar Athletic last season, helping the Loons into the Second Division play-offs after stepping up from East of Scotland League football.
Danny, who hails from Edinburgh, caught the eye of Forfar boss Dick Campbell as part of the Stirling University side that won the East of Scotland League championship for the first time ever in 2012.
Primarily employed on the left side of midfield, Danny showed a real eye for goal, getting into double figures on the scoring front last season.
These attributes persuaded our management team to offer him the first full time contract of his career to date.
"We're excited about getting Danny on board because we see him as a raw talent who can develop his game further with full time training," said assistant manager Mark Burchill.
"He's a player I've known for a while and he's hungry to make the most of the chance we are giving him. That attitude is good to see.
"Danny is an old style winger who likes to take on and beat players. He's got an unpredictability that we think will excite our supporters and keep them on the edge of their seats.
"We believe he can be a real asset and we're delighted he's chosen to progress his career with Livingston."
Danny will join up with the rest of the squad when pre-season training gets underway in a little over three weeks time.
