Free tickets for all young footballers

LIVINGSTON Football Club are giving away free tickets to all young footballers attached to a club in West Lothian, for this weekend's final game of the 2008/09 season against Queen of the South.

All member teams of the WLAYFC - the organisation responsible for youth football across six age groups in the county - have been invited to apply for complimentary briefs for their squads and their parents.

Each player is being given a free ticket, with up to two adults per team also being given free entry to Saturday's game. All other accompanying adults will be admitted for half price - £8 - to take in the game.

The initiative further demonstrates Livingston Football Club's continued involvement in the local community, with 15,000 free tickets already having been distributed to school pupils and their parents across West Lothian during the course of the 2008/09 season.

Any clubs who haven't taken up the offer yet are urged to contact Leigh Robertson in the community department at Livingston FC by clicking here. Applications must be made by 12pm on Friday 8 May, advising Leigh of the name of the team, how many tickets are required, and the number of paying adults attending if applicable.

If you've already got your tickets, we look forward to welcoming you to the 'Vale on Saturday!
