Keaghan staying at Almondvale

On-fire Keaghan Jacobs has pledged his immediate future to Livingston FC this afternoon by signing a two and a half year deal which will see him stay at Almondvale till at least May 2012.

Despite numerous press reports suggesting the talented midfielder was attracting much interest from other clubs, Jacobs has joined the growing ranks of players happy to re-sign for the Lions.

A clearly elatated Chief Executive, Ged Nixon, commented "the club is delighted that Keaghan has committed his future here, especially as he's become an integral part of Gary Bollan's squad."

"With similar new deals signed by brother Kyle, Cammy MacDonald and David Sinclair, Livingston FC is cementing its ambition of nurturing and retaining quality academy-reared players."

Manager Gary Bollan was just as pleased with Keaghan's decision to stay at the club. "I'm delighted that the board has acted so swiftly to secure Keaghan's services. His performances have been simply outstanding since I returned to Almondvale."
