Berwick Rangers 1 - 1 Livingston

Livi's championship party was gatecrashed for the second time in a week as Berwick Rangers fought back from a goal down to ensure the Lions weren't to be crowned on their home turf.

The visitors needed a win to make it arithmetically impossible for nearest rivals Forfar Athletic to catch them, but it was the Borderers who made the most of the opening half, forcing Livi into two goal line clearances as well as seeing a host of chances narrowly pass the woodwork.

The second half proved much more promising for Livi as they started putting the hosts onto the back foot. And this effort was finally rewarded with a 70th minute penalty, awarded for hand ball. Veteran Steve Tosh showed all his experience by cooly slotting it home to give Livi the lead.

The impressive travelling support's joy was short lived however, as Rangers equalised 5 minutes later through a Damon Gray strike from 12 yards out.

Livi threw everything at Berwick in search of the winning goal as time ticked away, but it was not to be.

The draw means Livi now need only a point at Almondvale on Saturday for the championship, with Berwick once more providing the opposition.
