Our Under 19 side kept their championship push on track with a hard fought 1-0 win over Falkirk on the Fieldturf yesterday afternoon.
Brian Welsh's side have lost only once all season, but they were pushed hard by a highly competitive Falkirk side who recently ran Hibs close in the SFA Youth Cup.
The all-important goal came from the prolific Marc McNulty with 31 minutes on the clock when he outstripped the visitors defence before producing a typically cool finish.
During the second half, Falkirk had a goal disallowed in controversial circumstances after they claimed that the ball had gone over the line and bounced out, but the referee waved play on, ruling that that the shot from Lewis Bonar had hit the post.
Despite that controversy, our lads held on for yet another win - their eleventh in a row in league and cup.
