Kyle agrees contract extension

The club has received a huge boost after first team star Kyle Jacobs agreed an extension to his current contract.

The twenty year old's existing deal was due to run out at the end of this season, but we are pleased to announce that he has committed himself to the club for a further year, up to the summer of 2013.

Chief executive Ged Nixon said: "Kyle is a key player for us and we're delighted that he has decided to stay with us for another year.

"Kyle is a glowing example of what we are trying to achieve by developing our own young players; he's worked his way through the ranks to become an established part of Gary Bollan's first team squad and we see a bright future for him."
