Club Captain Simon Mensing was this afternoon released by mutual consent from Livingston Football Club.

The big Englishman signed for the club back in May 2013 and was a mainstay in the back line until sidelined by a serious knee injury towards the end of last season. This saw him make only 7 starts this campaign.

Simon leaves with our very best wishes for success in his future career.
