Given this is uncharted territory for everyone, we appreciate there are going to be a number of queries and unanswered questions at the minute. However, as it stands, the only information provided to the club is the same information provided to the public so we’re really none the wiser at this stage.
In respect of ticket sales for both the Hearts and Aberdeen games as well as those with season tickets, we await further news from the joint response group before we, as a club, can make any decision on how that will be handled.
We can’t stress enough that given the uncertainty of the issue, the club don’t have all the answers that fans may be looking for at the minute so we ask for your cooperation at this time as we, ourselves, await further updates.
The club will move to operate with a skeleton staff for the time being to minimise the risk of the virus spreading within the building. This means no access to reception to the public as well as limited response via phone and email too.
It goes without saying but as and when we have further news regarding developments, we’ll be sure to advise you all via the official club channels.
Again, we thank you for your patience and co-operation at the minute and continue to strongly advise fans to carry out their own strict hygiene routines to help themselves at home.
