David Carson departs
We can today confirm that the club and David Carson have reached an agreement to see David depart West Lothian.
David and his family have had to deal with an exceptionally difficult period away from football and as such, had expressed a desire to get back home, closer to David’s extended family, something the club was absolutely keen to help make possible for David.
On departing, David said: “I’d like to thank everyone at the club for their support over recent months. From team-mates, the manager, the coaching team and all the off-field staff – everyone has been great to work with and helped me hugely.
“Although I’m disappointed that it hasn’t worked out as I’d have liked, I’m grateful for my time here and wish everyone the best of luck for the rest of the season and hopefully, a promotion to celebrate at the end of it.”
