Harrison Clark returns from Arbroath and goes on-loan to Kelty Hearts.

Harrison Clark has returned from his loan spell with Arbroath and will go back out on loan to cinch League 2 leaders Kelty Hearts.

The highly rated youngster joined the Lions from Chester-Le-Street United in the Summer, having also been part of the Park View Academy of Sport. The 18-year-old from Ashington has spent the first half of the season at Championship high-flyers Arbroath but will now join Kevin Thomson’s Kelty side as they look to push on and seal the league title and promotion to League 1.

Manager David Martindale said: “Between both ourselves and Arbroath, it was felt that Harry would need to look elsewhere to get the game time required while out on loan this season. Dick and Ian both had nothing but positivity for Harry and he leaves Arbroath with nothing but respect from them. He played a limited amount of game time but can be proud of the part he has played in helping Arbroath to where they are today in the cinch Championship table.

“We are extremely lucky, as is Harry, that he has the opportunity to go out and play football at Kelty Hearts who are flying high in League 2. I think Kevin (Thomson) has come in and done a fantastic job at Kelty and I think he will be fantastic for Harrison’s development.

“Harry’s a young lad and it speaks volumes for his character and ability that he is fortunate enough in his first season as a Livingston FC player to go out and play for the top teams in their respective divisions.”
