Label 5 Scotch Whisky sign up for another season!
Livingston FC is delighted to confirm that Label 5 Scotch Whisky have signed up to continue as men’s first-team kit sponsor for next season, with their logo remaining in pride of place on the rear of our player issue match shirts for the the 2024/25 campaign.
The local business, based just along the road in Bathgate, will continue to appear on our first-team shirts, below the number, until the end of the next season again, with a view to the partnership continuing beyond then and into future campaigns.
Label 5 continues to be one of the world’s leading blended Scotch whiskies. Produced and bottled by Glen Turner at their Starlaw Distillery site in Bathgate, it is sold in over 100 countries around the world.
Jamie Stewart, UK Commercial Director says that the whole Glen Turner business is excited to be continuing the partnership with Livingston FC for yet another season.
He commented: “I am delighted to continue the Label 5 partnership with our home team in to next season. Supporting our local community is very important to us and seeing our Whisky retain its position on the Livingston FC shirt makes us proud. I look forward to working together over the course of the season to further strengthening our partnership”
Chief Executive Dave Black said: “It was brilliant to bring Label 5 on board last season and I’m thrilled that they’ve agreed to stay on for at least another season too.
“Again, having that backing from another local business is fantastic and knowing that the team at Label 5 wanted to continue their support despite relegation really helped to solidify the belief that we make our sponsors feel part of something here, even in those times of adversity.
“I must, once again, offer a huge thank you to Jamie Stewart, Elaine McAdam and all at Glen Turner and Label 5 for their commitment to sponsoring the club for another season – and a particularly special mention to Elaine who’s passion for the club is unrivalled.
“Last year, I spoke about how Jamie was really keen to emphasise the company’s desire to grow within and give back to the community so we remain incredibly grateful that they’ve not only chosen to extend their sponsorship again, but that they’ve enjoyed their time so far working alongside us.
“I look forward to working with everyone involved at Label 5 over the course of next season – and hopefully for future seasons to come.”
