Livingston FC x Fanbase
We’re delighted to announce a new partnership with Fanbase which will see them become our official ticket partner for the 2024/25 campaign onwards.
By switching to Fanbase, fans can also take advantage of a brand-new streamlined digital experience. This includes a range of new features such as exclusive content and the ability to purchase tickets and hospitality packages in seconds, all accessible within seconds through our own branded mobile app experience.
This all allows the club the opportunity to grow our marketing database and instantly interact with fans using integrated push notifications. This gives another avenue for communicating with fans and ensures that you receive timely and relevant updates.
Using Fanbase also assists the club in reaching our commercial goals through increased ticket sales and the ability for fans to book hospitality packages online at any time while also presenting the opportunity to enhance current sponsorships or develop new ones. These can then be showcased on the newsfeed alongside content or featured prominently in the match centre.
Chief Executive Dave Black said: “I’m really pleased that we’ve been able to team up with Fanbase as our new ticketing partner.
“I’ve been in general contact with Alasdair for a long time, pretty much since they carried out their initial tester session with some of our fans in their earlier days, and the growth and success of the business since then has been terrific and huge credit to all at Fanbase for their hard work in making that happen.
“Once Alasdair came out to the club and pitched just what Fanbase can do to myself and the staff, it quickly became a no brainer that this would be the way we would go and I’m really looking forward to growing that relationship now and offering supporters an excellent platform for all their ticketing needs.
“Fanbase also already work with our women’s section for match tickets too so it’s nice to tie that all in and provide a one stop shop for supporters to support both the men’s and women’s teams.”
Fanbase CEO Alasdair Crawley commented: “This has been a huge full-circle moment for us at Fanbase. Our first fan forum testing session took place at Livingston with 15 fans years ago. Now, we’re supporting the club with its digitisation and 1st party data ambitions across ticketing, premium bookings and subscriptions.
“We’ve been so impressed with the team at Livingston and how they can punch above their weight with a small high-performing, hard-working team.”
Fanbase can be accessed through your chosen internet browser at app.fanbaseclub.com and downloaded directly onto your device through the Apple/Android store.
