MSP’s “Pipeathon” reaches Livi
It’s a well known fact that our local MSP, Hannah Bardell, is a big Lions fan and attends as many games as her busy schedule allows.
But today we were visited by a different MSP, and for a very different reason.
Stuart McMillan, SNP member for Greenock and Inverclyde, is presently touring the country’s senior football grounds with his bagpipes on a mission to raise funds for various charities. Today he swung by the Tony Macaroni Arena to belt-out a few tunes.
Stuart is aiming to raise £3000 for the following charities:
Clydeside Action on Asbestos – www.clydesideactiononasbestos.org.uk/
Andy Adams Fund – www.Andyadamsfund.com
Cash for Kids – www.Cashforkids.uk.com
We were delighted to welcome Stuart to the stadium, and donations can be made through his JustGiving page: click here for more.
