We are getting ready for a big week ahead as we fight our way back to the Premiership, as we face Partick Thistle in the play-off semi-finals. Two crucial clashes take place on Tuesday and Friday. First, we travel to Firhill Stadium then back at home at the Home of the Set Arena on Friday.

After a disappointing 1-0 loss at home to our opponents, we failed to grab automatic promotion, so we have now had to go through the play-offs to get back to the Premiership. We have scored an impressive 13 goals in our last 5 matches!

Partick Thistle is coming off an impressive 2-1 win aggregate win against Ayr United. Only scoring 5 goals in their last 5 matches, they have proven to be a tough challenge and deserve where they are in the table. They will be aiming to deliver an intense performance in front of their home fans to keep their promotion hopes alive.

Key players will be crucial in this encounter! Robbie Muirhead has just won the William Hill Championship Player of the Month for April, he will be looking to contribute to this crucial game and keep up his impressive form. While the Players Player of the year Jerome Prior will be looking to keeping a clean sheet and play a very important role in our journey back into the Premiership.

Our encounters with Partick Thistle have been pretty even recently, with us winning 2 out of the last 5 matches. Our most recent clash was a 1-0 home loss to the hosts back at the beginning of the month.  We will be looking to avenge that result and bring something back home and progress into the Play-Off final.
