Following the SFA Disciplinary Tribunal hearing on 3 November, Livingston Football Club accepts full responsibility for playing Alan Lithgow in our first match against Crusaders on 7 October when he should have been suspended.

Consequently, we accept that Alan will now serve an additional one match suspension.

This now brings the matter to a close.
