Livingston Football Club is delighted to announce a partnership with Chinese marketing company, Hashtage Sport. This partnership allows for a wide range of marketing opportunities within Asia for the football club.
This partnership allows us to improve our brand awareness outside of the UK and to try build up a following of fans in Asia. Last season alone, 8 of our games were streamed in China, with viewing numbers being as high as an English Championship club. This partnership has the potential to bring Asian companies in to the club through means of sponsorship and also allows us to build partnerships with companies outside of the UK. This also allows for our current sponsors and partners to gain exposure in Asia.
We will also be looking to make all our merchandise channels available to those in Asia in order to really build up the brand of Livingston Football Club. The club continually try to be as progressive as possible, and this is another step in the right direction.
Here is a little bit more information about the service that Hashtage can provide:
- Help the club to launch the official Weibo and Douyin (TikTok’s Chinese version) accounts – alternative social media platforms in China
- Post at least 15 Weibos per week and release no less than 6 Douyin videos per month
- Create specific content for the Chinese Market
- Explore the potential partnership deals in the Chinese and Asian market for the club
