Dale Carrick has left the club by mutual consent to join League One side Airdrieonians FC on a free transfer.
The striker was seeking more game time and felt that he needed to pursue that away from the Tony Macaroni Arena.
Manager David Hopkin said, “Dale is a great lad and the ultimate professional, and he goes with all our best wishes.
“I couldn’t guarantee him the game time he needed and he felt he had to move on: that’s football and I’m sure Dale will do well for Airdrie.
This frees up a bit of the budget which can now go towards our endeavours to enhance the already strong squad we have.”
