Letter of Support from Professor Phil Scraton
Livingston FC welcomes the support of first-team manager David Martindale from respected, Hillsborough disaster academic, Professor Phil Scraton ahead of tomorrow’s SFA hearing.
Phil Scraton is Professor Emeritus of law at Queen’s University Belfast. He sat on the Hillsborough Independent Panel, headed up its research and was primary author of the report. He has written extensively on the need to review the use of prison sentences, and is a long-time advocate of transformational justice.
