A fantastic first day of season ticket sales!
It was a fantastic first day of season ticket sales, with so many of you already joining us for our Championship journey.
Infact, it’s been so good that yesterday seen us record our highest single day season ticket sales total since the 2018/19 season.
Yesterday’s sales were almost 3x the number we sold on launch day last season – and not far off equalling the number we sold in the first 3 full days of sales last season.
A big thank you to Fanbase and particularly CEO Alasdair Crawley who gave up his time yesterday morning to come and support the launch in person – a terrific personal touch to what is already proving to be a terrific service.
A new system can often mean teething problems but Karen White and Jude Scott at front of house have excelled themselves under a significantly increased workload. That number of sales on a system they were used to would have been difficult so they’ve more than excelled doing it while learning on the job.
It’s been great to see such a great response to our launch video too. The message and story from Callum and Georgie is everything we want this club to represent – thank you to both, especially Georgie who was the undoubted star of the show.
Of course, that video is only possible with the work put in from our media team, particularly Blair Cockburn and David Badura on this occasion. We’re incredibly lucky as a club to have such talent at our disposal.
Lastly though, and most importantly, the response from supporters has been brilliant. In our time of need, fans have absolutely shown they want to do their bit to help the club and to have so many tickets sold on the first day just helps to build momentum in the building too.
Thank you, sincerely. That support and backing yesterday is better than we could have ever imagined. If those numbers continue into the next few days and weeks, we’ll have a brilliant backing for the team here in West Lothian ahead of the new campaign.
