We are looking to add to our bank of Academy Staff and have vacancies for Part-Time Physiotherapist / Sports Therapists.

This is a great way to gain experience in sports working with players on and off the pitch at a high standard.

Physios / Sports Therapists

The successful candidates will provide physiotherapy and pitch side cover on matchdays for Academy teams with the possibility of working with the reserve squad and 1^st team players at reserve games. They will also run clinics through the week that injured players can attend for pre/rehab and liaise with the Academy Sports Science department regarding player recovery and strength and conditioning.

Key Skills and Experience Required:

Essential

• Physiotherapy degree or equivalent and/or relevant Sports Therapist qualification
• HPC Registered
• Valid National Sports First Aid Certificate or equivalent
• Experience of working within the relevant age groups.
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Committed to working evenings and weekends including training sessions, fixtures and in-service training.
• Full driving licence and access to a car.
• PVG check to be completed before appointment.
• Eligible to work in the UK.

Desirable

• Knowledge of the local area and players / teams
• In date Safeguarding Certificate
• Experience working within Academy Football

HOURS OF WORK: Evenings & Weekends

SALARY: Competitive.
