We’re delighted to announce that men’s first-team manager David Martindale has been named as Glen’s Vodka Championship Manager of the Month for April 2025, his third such award of the season.

With four consecutive wins across the month against Queen’s Park, Greenock Morton, Ayr United and Hamilton Academical, scoring 13 times and conceding just once, the manager collects the award to go alongside those from November and February too.

On receiving the award, the manager said: “I’m delighted to receive this award but a little embarrassed as it’s genuinely more of a group award, just with my name on it.

“The players and staff at the club make these awards possible, so as much as I’m happy to accept the award it, it really is a group award and only possible by the hard work everyone has put in week-on-week, month-by-month.

“So, on my own behalf, I feel I have to thank everyone connected to the club as without them, I wouldn’t be in this position to accept these awards. It really is huge credit to the players, the coaches and all of the staff at the club.”
