Esmaël Gonçalves joins Raith Rovers on loan.
Striker Esmaël Gonçalves has today joined Raith Rovers on-loan until the end of the season.
The 31-year-old joins the Kirkcaldy side and is available for selection ahead of their Scottish Cup clash with Motherwell this afternoon.
Manager David Martindale said: “I think it was imperative that Esma got out to go and play as many games as possible between now and the end of the season to give him the best chance possible of coming back and getting first-team football at Livingston next season.
“His game time here at Livingston would have been limited for the remainder of the season but there’s no doubting his ability and his quality, but he needs games to get him upto speed and adapted back into Scottish football with a view of getting him ready to hit the ground running with us next season.”
