Gavin Reilly goes on-loan to Morton
Livingston FC can confirm that striker Gavin Reilly has today joined Championship side Greenock Morton on loan until the end of the season.
The frontman joined the Lions from Carlisle in January and after making 7 appearances from then until March, an injury at home to Rangers ruled him out for the rest of the 2020/21 season.
After only making 4 substitute appearances from the bench so far this campaign, Gavin will now join Morton on loan until the end of the season, with the Lions having an option to recall in the January window.
Manager David Martindale said: “I’m really happy that Gavin is going to be out playing football in the Championship for at least the next 3 to 4 months.
“I think Greenock Morton are a great fit for Gav and hopefully we will see him hit the levels he reached in his previous stint in the Championship.”
