Portuguese midfielder Hugo Faria has joined the club on a deal that will see him remain at Almondvale till January 2016.

The 32 year old midfielder has already featured for the Lions as a trialist, but has suitably impressed manager Mark Burchill to keep him at the club longer.

“Hugo has played at the top levels in Portugal, Cyprus and Greece, as well as earning an U20 cap for Portugal” said Burchill earlier.

“He brings a wealth of experience that will be invaluable in the Championship this season.”
