Jack Newman joins the Lions on loan from Dundee United
We’re pleased to announce that goalkeeper Jack Newman has joined us on loan from Dundee United until the end of the season.
The 22-year-old spent the early part of the 2024/25 season with Inverness Caledonian Thistle before returning to Tannadice towards the end of last year.
Jack came through the Academy at Sunderland, signing for Dundee United in the Summer of 2020 after leaving the Stadium of Light. Loan spells at The Spartans, Peterhead and Inverness CT have followed, with 4 first-team appearances for the Tangerines too. The stopper has also represented Scotland from U15 through to U21 level.
Jack will wear the number 14 shirt for the Lions and will be available for tomorrow night’s clash with Airdrie subject to SFA approval.
