Pyrotechnics
Livingston Football Club would like to remind supporters that pyrotechnics are strictly forbidden from the Home of the Set Fare Arena – and recent legislation makes the possession of such at any football game a criminal offence.
Whilst we understand that fans might see these as adding colour and atmosphere to games, the football club has a duty to ensure safety and security within the stadium and the delivery of a safe and secure event.
As mentioned, taking pyrotechnics into a sporting stadium is a criminal offence and we’d ask supporters to be mindful of the impact it could have on those around them, particularly people with medical conditions, young children, and elderly.
Like we had to do following last weekend’s game with Partick Thistle, anyone identified to be in possession of pyrotechnics or smoke devices within the stadium will be ejected, reported to the authorities and will be banned from attending future matches.
