Stevie May joins the Lions on loan!
We’re delighted to announce the signing of striker Stevie May who joins us on a season-long-loan from St Johnstone.
The 31-year-old is a well-known face in the Scottish game, having spent a combined 11 years in St Johnstone’s first-team across two spells, as well as stints at Alloa Athletic, Hamilton Academical and Aberdeen. South of the border, Stevie spent a year with Sheffield Wednesday and two seasons with Preston North End.
With two Scottish Cups, a League Cup, a Scotland Cap and numerous individual player awards over his career, Stevie joins the club well decorated, and with plenty of goals to his name across his career.
Stevie will wear the number 17 shirt and will be available for Saturday’s Championship clash with Greenock Morton.
Our thanks to go to Craig Levein, Gus MacPherson and all at McDiarmid Park for their help in getting this confirmed.
Welcome to West Lothian, Stevie!
