Welcome, Cammy Palmer!

We’re delighted to announce the signing of Cammy Palmer on a pre-contract from Glentoran FC, subject to the usual SFA approvals.
The 26-year-old midfielder arrives in West Lothian with an impressive range of experience across Scotland, Northern Ireland, and the United States, adding energy, technical quality and versatility to the squad ahead of the new season.
Primarily a central midfielder, Palmer is also capable of operating in both attacking and defensive midfield roles. A former Northern Ireland Under-21 international, he made 10 appearances at U21 level and has built a reputation as a composed and intelligent player in the middle of the park.
Born in York and raised in Canada before moving to Scotland as a youngster, Palmer came through the youth ranks at Rangers, captaining the club’s reserve side during his development at Ibrox.
During his time with Rangers, Palmer gained valuable senior experience through loan spells with Partick Thistle, Clyde and American side Orange County SC before making the move to Northern Ireland with Linfield in 2021.
His spell at Linfield proved highly successful, winning back-to-back NIFL Premiership titles as well as the Irish Cup, while making more than 70 appearances for the Belfast side.
Palmer joined Glentoran in 2023 and became an important figure in midfield, impressing with his work rate, passing ability and composure on the ball across three strong seasons with the club, featuring 100 times.
Welcome to West Lothian, Cammy!
