Livingston FC can confirm that the club will be appealing the fixed one match suspension that has been offered by the SFA to manager David Martindale following his red card against Dundee United last week.

The notice of complaint was issued by the SFA, referencing disciplinary rule 203 – “No member of Team Staff shall commit Misconduct at a match.”

The club and the manager belief there to be sufficient grounds for appeal and a principal hearing date of Thursday 2nd December 2021 has been set.
