The response to our free supporters’ travel for next weekend’s trip to Arbroath has been incredible, with the fourth coach now also completely full.

But, thanks to the generosity of our Chairman, we’re delighted to confirm that a fifth free supporters’ coach will now be added, giving another 50 Livingston supporters the opportunity to make the journey to Gayfield and take advantage of the free travel.

This means we now have five coaches taking supporters to Arbroath, with all travel being provided free of charge.

As with the previous buses, everyone travelling will also receive a free hot-filled morning roll and a token for one free drink at the bar, with the Almondvale Suite open from 11am before departure.

The fifth coach will depart from the Home of the Set Fare Arena at 12.30pm on Saturday 29 August and, as with the previous coaches, supporters can also use the Saltire Bar in Carmondean as a pick-up point at 12.15pm.

Please note that under-18s can only travel when accompanied by a responsible adult. Anyone who requires a registered carer for support with a disability must also travel with their registered carer.

What started as three free supporters’ buses has now grown to five coaches, highlighting just how much appetite there is among our supporters to make the journey north and get behind the Lions.

We’d once again like to place on record our thanks to The Soccer Shop:Direct, who stepped in to fund the fourth coach and have helped make it possible for even more supporters to travel to Arbroath.

We’d also like to thank Prentice Westwood and Hardhill Executive Travel for supplying the coaches, and a huge thank you to Emma Fairlie for managing the bookings and helping coordinate what has become a much bigger operation than originally planned!

With the fifth coach now available, we hope even more Lions supporters can make the trip to what will be our first competitive visit to Arbroath since April 1999. This is likely to be the last coach put on for this trip, so if you haven’t yet booked up and wish to do so, make sure you get in touch soon to secure your place.
