Following on from today’s announcement from the SPFL, Livingston Football Club would like to go on record as thanking Sky Sports for their flexibility and fairness when negotiating with the SPFL.

We believe that the ‘virtual season ticket’ option could prove to be an excellent opportunity for clubs in order to meet season ticket targets and to ensure that vital income stream continues. Again, we would like to thank Sky Sports and the SPFL for their understanding and flexibility to provide us with this fantastic opportunity which will see fans watching all of the Lions home games from the comfort of their own home.

We fully appreciate that the past couple of months have been uncertain times for both the club and our supporters. Since launching our 2020/21 Season Tickets we have been working endlessly to ensure we can deliver our supporters with the value for money that they so deserve. We hope that this announcement is the first piece of clarity that supporters may have been looking for. This announcement confirms that all season ticket holders will be able to watch all home matches ‘Live’ while closed door games are in operation.

We would like to thank those of you who have already purchased a season ticket for the new season, your support is very much appreciated. We hope that this announcement will encourage more fans to commit to season tickets for the new season, as they can now have that peace of mind that they will still be able to watch all home games live on TV, despite a closed-door policy being in place. Furthermore, as soon as supporters are allowed back into stadiums, season ticket holders will make a seamless switch to once again attending the Tony Macaroni Arena for the live action.

Just a small reminder that the Early Bird season ticket discount ends on: Tuesday 30 June.
As a board, we would like to re-iterate that every penny received will go towards Gary and Davie’s budget for the season, which hopefully will see Livingston FC remain a Premiership football club for another year.
