It proved not to be the ideal start to Iain Little’s side’s Development League East campaign as the visitors ran out comfortable winners at the Tony Macaroni Arena.

A goal in each half from the Border Reivers compounded a bad night for the young Lions, which included a nasty head cut for Dale Carrick and a red card for Morgyn Neill. They’ll be looking to make amends next Tuesday evening as they head north to Station Park to meet Forfar Athletic.
