Livingston FC is delighted to announce a pre-contract agreement with 25 year old East Fife midfielder Scott Robinson.
Scott has previously played for Hearts, Kilmarnock and Dunfermline, in addition to being an integral part of East Fife’s League 1 campaign this season. He has further represented Scotland at U16, U17 and U19 levels.
Manager David Hopkin said “I have watched Scott numerous times this season and always liked what I have seen. We’ve been chasing him since the turn of the year and I’m delighted to get him signed up.
“He is very good footballer, and is at a good age which fits in with our philosophy at the club: lads who have played football at a decent level and are still young and hungry, but who have the chance to develop further by playing full time football.
“Scott amassed close to 100 appearances for Hearts between 2008 and 2015, before moving onto Kilmarnock where injuries impacted his chances of 1st team football.
“He has now played consistently for East Fife this season and I’m delighted to get the lad on board and help him further his career along with our continued development.”
