 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company will be held within THE TONY MACARONI ARENA, ALDERSTONE ROAD, LIVINGSTON on Monday 17th April 2017 at 5.30pm.

The Club has written to all shareholders on the current database to notify them of the forthcoming EGM.  Any existing Meadowbank Thistle Football Club Ltd or Livingston Football Club Ltd shareholders are invited to contact the club to update their details and be represented at the meeting.

The Club thanks Morris Kaplan and John Bain BEM for their efforts in tracing shareholders details.
