West Lothian Youth Foundation are launching their Building Your Foundation sessions this week.

They are a series of specialist coaching classes that concentrate on perfecting specific field positions:

• Dominant Defenders
• Midfield Maestros
• Superstar Strikers

The new sessions are aimed at players who were born in 2004, 2005, 2006 & 2007. Sessions to take place at Livingston FC and Xcite Broxburn and begin the week of 10 September and will run until week beginning 14th December 2018.

Days and times as follows:

Livingston FC

• Dominant Defenders – Tuesday’s – 5pm-6pm
• Midfield Maestros – Tuesday’s – 6pm-7pm
• Superstar Strikers – Thursday’s – 6pm-7pm

Xcite Broxburn

• Dominant Defenders – Thursday’s – 5pm-6pm
• Midfield Maestros – Friday’s – 6pm-7pm
• Superstar Strikers – Friday’s – 6pm-7pm

Individual sessions cost £3 per person.
